Preparation (For Fiberglass Parts) 1. Surface Prep: Sand the surface of your workpiece and clean it thoroughly using CleanPro. 2. Base Coat (The Adhesive Layer): Mix 100g of Resin with 10g of Black Pigment and 2-4 CC of Hardener. Apply this black base coat to the workpiece. This acts as the adhesive layer for your carbon fiber fabric. II. Laying the Fabric 1. Positioning: Lay the carbon fiber fabric onto the black base coat. Carefully align the weave pattern and smooth out any wrinkles. III. Clear Coating 1. First Clear Coat: Mix the resin and hardener (following the same ratio as step 1, but DO NOT add black pigment).
