This formula uses tough, penetrating neutralizing agents that dissolveand lift the dirt by breaking it down and washing it away. It also helps washaway road tar, water spots and mineral build up. Hot Rims is safe for chrome, clear-coated,polished and unpolished aluminum and factory painted wheels. Read wheel manufacturers care guidelines before using this or any product on your wheels. Follow directions carefully to avoid damage. Directions:SHAKE WELL. Should be used in well ventilated area. Rinse wheel with water before use. CLEAN ONE WHEEL AT A TIME. Hold sprayer about 2 feet away from wheel. APPLY LIBERALLY TO A COOL WHEEL. Spray entire wheel applying heavier amountson grooved areas and areas with grime and brake dust build up. Allow product to penetrate surface for no longer than 15 seconds. Rinse thoroughly with a strong stream of water. Dry wheel with 100% cotton, terry cloth towel after use.Second application or agitation maybe necessary for stubborn stains & wheels that have been neglected.
